My Story
Thank you for stopping by and visiting my page. My name is Christine Mork and I have been a consultant since October 1, 2015. I joined this amazing company after being a customer for so many years. It was definitely the best decision, I ever made. I have made so many friends, from around the world. I have met some great mentors and have been able to share my passion of Scentsy, with every person I have met, along the way.
Moving around to different places and raising two kids, (who were very young at the time) trying to work a full time job, wasn't in the cards for me. So I chose to stay home to raise them, as my husband was out of country on deployments or training in the field, weeks at a time. I went back to school (cosmetology school) and got my license in esthetics and certificate in makeup artistry. Even then, landing a job was hard in the state we lived in at the time, because I wasn't bilingual. So, I still had Scentsy to fall back on to help to bring in some extra income. Though I still hold my license and certificate, I knew my heart wasn't in it and finding a job without some sort of experience in that field, was going to be hard.
After my husband retired from the US Army over three years ago, we moved back to Wichita, KS, with our two kids and two dogs, to be closer to family again. For two years, I was a receptionist for a dog grooming/daycare/boarding boutique. I just recently moved on from that job to pursue other options.
Scentsy is family. Scentsy is home. I love the happiness it brings to not only myself, but for my customers. New products come out and I feel like I am a kid in a candy store, wanting everything! So with that, I love sharing my passion and enthusiasm with my customers. Each year, Scentsy never fails to deliver. My Scentsy business has helped bring out so many qualities, that I didn't see in myself and has opened so many doors for me. Especially to help financially, when times got tough. Scentsy doesn't have to be life altering, but it could give you that extra boost you've been needing to help you pay off your car, or save for a family vacation, or pay for your kids' music/dance lessons, or it could give you the excuse to get out of the house and meet new people! Whether you decide to jump in feet first & start your own Scentsy business, host with me, or shop with me, I appreciate you being here, and being a part of this journey with me!
